Pina Colada Smoothie

Ingredients: makes 1 serving

– 1/2 cup water

– 1/2 cup almond milk

– 1 cup frozen pineapple

– 1 banana, frozen if desired

 

How to Make:

– Combine all ingredients in a blender, and mix until smooth.

2. Kiwi Green Smoothie 

Kiwi Green Smoothie

 

Ingredients: makes 2 servings

– 1 cup water

– 1 cup almond milk (or other non-dairy milk of choice)

– 3 kiwi

 

How to Make:

– Combine all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth!
