Sleeping with our cell phones next to our bed became necessary and extremely common. It’s just so convenient to have them right beside our bed, for many among us use these phones as our alarm clocks. It’s also a great way to be sure you’ll never miss a call, text, or email. Unfortunately, it may also be a great way to develop a severe illness.
Going to bed without brushing is by far one of the worst things you can do to your teeth. Many people because of their busy schedules and many because of the laziness used to opt not brushing at night.
Sleep is known to be one of the underestimated ‘activity’ to achieve the best health we could get. As lovely as it can be, being able to make a straight 8 hours of sleep every night is next to impossible. There are lots of things to do during the day, and when we try to sleep, our brains suddenly function at its finest.
Night sweats mean having hot flashes in your sleep, and this can wake you up, with bed swamping with your sweat. Which will mean that you’ll have a very poor sleep and might experience fatigue, irritation, brain fog (you cannot focus or concentrate), and reduced libido the next morning.
