Homemade Tea That Will Help You Fall Asleep

Sometimes we have so many things in our mind that we just cannot fall asleep. This tea is going to be perfect, and with this tea, you definitely need no sleeping pills. It’s going to help you be relaxed, and it’s going to help you fall asleep in no time.

To make this tea, we’re going to need bananas and be sure to choose the ripe ones. We need some cinnamon, and if you have a cinnamon stick, that’s much better.

Note: Banana has potassium and magnesium which are natural muscle relaxants, in fact, magnesium is the most important mineral for muscle relaxation and can reduce muscle cramps along with other body aches and body pain.

First thing, you need to wash the bananas and cut them in slices. Cut them with the skin still on it.

After slicing the bananas, place it in the pot, add one teaspoon cinnamon – sprinkle hall over the pot, but if you’re using the cinnamon stick, then just drop it in.

Pour a cup of water, the ratio we need to use is one banana per 8 ounces of water.

Place it on the stove, and we will boil this for at least 10 minutes. As soon as the banana starts to separate from the skin, that is the time you know it is ready. Let it cool a bit – you don’t want it to be room temperature, but at the same time, you don’t want it to be too hot.
